BUILDING ENVELOPE INSPECTIONS
The ability to visually inspect all aspects of the building envelope can play a vital role in the maintenance and upkeep of all aspects of a building. One of the most common requests received involves an inspection of a building's roofing membrane and detection of possible water infiltration.

DIGITAL TWIN
Employing the same technologies used for building envelope inspection, we can help you create a three-dimensional, digital twin of your facilities to give you a better understanding of what services are needed on your buildings. This service is built upon technologies from ESRI’s ArcGIS and drone data capture.

K-12 Drone Kits & Curriculum
“When I learned Carroll University had launched a drone program I was immediately interested. These are the types of skills and resources that are needed across many industries. I jumped in right away to help with certifications as well as offering properties of mine for them to fly over. It made a ton of sense with the proximity our land to the university to reduce travel time and expenses. Belman Homes also had a need for some great drone footage. I was immediately impressed with the quality of the videos and photography that the students sent over. I am very excited to see this program grow and continue to support it in the future.”
