Schedule a Group Visit

At Carroll University, we are partners in creating a community that embraces respect, integrity, and stewardship. We welcome school groups aged 9th-12th grade to visit campus!

We are happy to accommodate groups visiting campus on Tuesdays - Thursday starting at 10:00am. Depending on the time of year, other days of the week may be available. Group visits are not available from September 16 - November 15th. We ask that groups provide 1 chaperone for every 10 students. We can accommodate a maximum of 60 students. The format of our group visits is a 1-hour campus tour and a 30-minute Admission/Financial Aid presentation.

Please note that by completing of this form does not guarantee that your request will be accommodated. We'd like to customize your visit to fit your timing needs, so we encourage you to add comments and/or requests in the visit form.

What to expect during your visit:

• We ask that you encourage your students to ask questions during the tour and presentations to get the most out of their visit.
• Students on tour are expected to behave as if in a classroom setting. Should students not act respectfully, the tour will end immediately.
• Please note that Carroll University does not provide meals for group visits. Arrangements can be made for a fee.
• While the presentations are held in classrooms, much of the tour is outside. Please have your students dress for the weather and wear appropriate clothing.
