The Honors Program at Carroll University is the place for motivated and engaged students to get the most from Carroll University’s Liberal Arts Tradition.

Carroll's Liberal Arts tradition prepares students for successful careers and responsible global citizenship. We do this by providing a well-rounded education that fosters intellectual agility, and a broad worldview. The Honors Program curriculum seamlessly integrates into students’ existing institutional and major graduation requirements. In the Honors Program you will pursue a depth of knowledge within an enriched curriculum. You will engage in activities and projects with a thoughtful focus on cultural competence, intellectual development, citizenship, and leadership.

Honors at Carroll is an interdisciplinary, integrative experience, specifically designed to provide a fertile environment for curious and engaged students to cultivate their passions and develop critical and system-thinking skills and collaborative working abilities. The program encourages personal growth, so that students may become ethically-minded professionals and global citizens. We work towards these goals in an inclusive, tightly-knit learning community of dedicated students, faculty, and staff.
